
John Grogan
Honorary President
John Grogan was the Member of Parliament for Selby from 1997-2010 and for Keighley from 2017-2019. A graduate in Modern History and Economics John was the first President of Oxford University Student Union elected on a Labour Party platform. Whilst in Parliament John set up and chaired the All Party Parliamentary Group on Kosovo. In March 2019 John initiated the most recent debate in the House of Commons on the subject of U.K. relations with Kosovo. Together with the Prime Minister’s Trade envoy to the Balkans Conservative MP Martin Vickers he also led a delegation to Pristina in the same year which coincided with the Independence Day celebrations. From 2013-2015 John was Chair of the Board of Hatfield Colliery which was the penultimate deep coal mine to close in England.

Artan is the Founder and the President of the British Kosovan Chambers of Commerce (having previously managed the European Kosovan Businesses Network). Artan is a also a Solicitor of the Senior Court of England and Wales – in fact he is a partner and head of Commercial Real Estate at Bolt Burdon Solicitors advising both UK and overseas investors and companies across a broad range of sectors including office, retail, leisure and manufacturing – during his legal career he advised on transactions worth £30 - £200 million. Artan is a great believer in networking as it sees it as the most powerful way to take your life and career from good to great.

Dan Qarkaj

Dan joined the Chamber of Commerce board in April 2025, bringing a strong focus on advancing trade relations within the technology sector. He specializes in eCommerce and has extensive experience in the digital trading landscape. Dan has held numerous roles in the ecommerce space helping organisations enhance their digital presence and optimise their tech stack. Dan holds a first-class honours degree in International Business Economics from the University of Sussex. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys football, investing, and staying up to date with the latest in tech.

Adelina Badivuku

Adelina is the founder and director at Total Family Coaching, a London based company that works with individuals, families, and organisations. She is a well-regarded systemic family practitioner and a senior coach (EMCC), mainly working with high profile public figures, empowering women in their multiple roles and coaching busy professionals in visions, values, strategy, mindset, working relationships and goal achievements. Her wide business experience includes managing change and knowledge, managing people and relationships, process management, realising strategic benefits, increased profitability and managing the bottom line.

Andre Demushi
Executive Member of the Board
Andre is a Senior Paralegal in the Real Estate Disputes and Enfranchisement team at Bolt Burdon Solicitors in London and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor in the field of Real Estate in the near future. Andre joined Bolt Burdon Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate team in 2018.
Andre was a very active campaigner leading campaigns such as and Albanian Language as a GCSE campaign with Shpresa Programme. Andre went on to become a Young Leader at CITIZENS UK on campaigns such 'End Child Detention', London Living Wage, and may other between 2006 to 2013. Andre eventually returned Citizens UK as Community Organiser, in 2017 he took the lead of the national Children’s Citizenship campaign to challenge the fees for children.
After interning at a policy Think-Tank during his first year of university in 2014, Andre became a Projects Coordinator at the Independent Academics Research Studies International Institute specialising on European youth policy research and consultation. Andre is listed as an expert in EU youth policy on the Council of Europe – European Union youth partnership expert database. Andre has held several consultancy roles at NGOs such as the Holocaust Educational Trust and the Ethical Trading Initiative and others.
